Meet Your Coach

Jennifer Tankersley

My clients already have a lot figured out – they are high performers who have the capacity and desire for growth and want to leverage that strength intentionally and in service of something greater. They are introspective and willing to question their behaviors and beliefs. They are hungry for more and ready to put in the work. That typically looks like:

  1. High potential emerging or senior leaders where there is a need from their organization for them to step into even greater possibility

  2. Senior leaders sensing they want more (perhaps in transition or seeking deeper purpose in their leadership)

  3. Teams who are looking to move from good to great or who are initially forming with intention

I build a trusted partnership with my clients based on respect, curiosity and commitment. I believe in both celebrating and challenging my clients. I have a gift for recognizing unique talents, uncovering patterns and seeing deeper potential and possibilities. I am a strategic systems thinker who can hold space for both the individual and the broader context.

I work with my clients to gain clarity around what they care about and how they can best show up in service of that. We look for patterns in behaviors and stories that may be holding them back, unpack the beliefs below them and build a plan for showing up aligned with their values and goals. Together, we build the capacity for them show up “on purpose and in purpose.”

Jennifer Tankersley is a Professional Certified Coach

My passion for leading with intention and purpose helped me navigate my career from a go-to expert in strategy and change management to a trusted coach and thought partner on leadership and culture.

I leverage deep strategic insight, systems awareness and change expertise (honed from years as a management consultant) with a passion for and ardent study of human development, leadership and neuroscience to unlock potential, engage teams and deliver results.

After years of working within organizations helping leaders define a vision for their organizations and strategies for executing against it, I realized that my superpower was in partnering with those leaders to become as intentional about themselves. This not only supported the leader in delivering against organizational goals but created a practice of leadership that fundamentally changed the way they navigated the world

I’ve been a student of human potential all my life, listening for the stories that give flesh to the gifts and possibility inherent in each of us. I devour memoirs (and the human-interest stories of the Olympic games) because I am fascinated by stories that explain the greatness of human beings (and those stories are never a straight or easy path). I am enamored by the struggle, perseverance, determination and wisdom garnered. I bring that same curiosity and awe to my clients, extracting and listening to their stories. We all have the power to author an exceptional life, to live with intention and impact. My job is to support leaders in doing this.

Jennifer is the executive coach that will give you real results
