Meet Jennifer

The leaders and teams I work with are accomplished and carry significant responsibility. They are often navigating complexity, uncertainty, or moments of strategic inflection. Many sense that the way they have led in the past will not be sufficient for what lies ahead. They are ready to evolve how they think, relate, and lead.
My clients include:
• Senior executives and C level leaders responsible for shaping strategy, culture, and performance.
• Leaders at pivotal moments who must expand their capacity to lead through complexity and scale.
• Teams committed to strengthening collective effectiveness and delivering sustained impact.
• Organizations committed to building resilient, regulated and connected spaces that create the conditions for exceptional work to emerge.
I build trusted partnerships grounded in respect, curiosity, and partnership. I bring steadiness and challenge, creating space for leaders to slow down enough to see clearly while stretching beyond familiar assumptions and habits. I hold both the individual and the broader system in view.
At the heart of my work is deep developmental growth. Together, we examine the assumptions, beliefs, and patterns shaping decisions and relationships, expanding how leaders interpret themselves and the world with greater complexity and nuance. As their capacity grows, so does their ability to lead with clarity, confidence, and renewed possibility.
This work is often transformational. Not because it promises quick breakthroughs, but because it shifts how leaders make meaning, engage with others, and respond to complexity. It enables them to move from reactive to intentional, from isolated to relational, and from managing outcomes to shaping systems.
The result is leadership that is more conscious, resilient, and effective. Leaders do not simply improve performance. They evolve how they show up and how they influence, creating meaningful and sustainable impact across their organizations.

Jennifer‘s coaching was transformational. Her experience, knowledge, curiosity, and empathy helped me far exceed my goals and expectations. Over the coaching engagement course, Jennifer helped me develop an awareness of and belief in my personal resourcefulness. We worked together in developing transferable tools for growth in career, learning, and life. I give Jennifer the highest recommendation for those looking for a skilled coach.”

My passion for leading with intention and purpose helped me navigate my career from a go-to expert in strategy and change management to a trusted coach and thought partner on leadership and culture.
I leverage deep strategic insight, systems awareness and change expertise (honed from years as a management consultant) with a passion for and ardent study of human development, leadership and neuroscience to unlock potential, engage teams and deliver results.
After years of working within organizations helping leaders define a vision for their organizations and strategies for executing against it, I realized that my superpower was in partnering with those leaders to become as intentional about themselves. This not only supported the leader in delivering against organizational goals but created a practice of leadership that fundamentally changed the way they navigated the world
I’ve been a student of human potential all my life, listening for the stories that give flesh to the gifts and possibility inherent in each of us. I devour memoirs (and the human-interest stories of the Olympic games) because I am fascinated by stories that explain the greatness of human beings (and those stories are never a straight or easy path). I am enamored by the struggle, perseverance, determination and wisdom garnered. I bring that same curiosity and awe to my clients, extracting and listening to their stories. We all have the power to author an exceptional life, to live with intention and impact. My job is to support leaders in doing this.
